☼ ideal living at age 33

At the age of 33, I hope to obtain a small house, possibly with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with one small study room/area, and a large kitchen with a reasonable living room. I do not plan on starting a family at all (unless you count a lot of pets) in which case I will hopefully be done with college and moved somewhere populated in California. Yes, I know I will not have a lot of yard space, but I've never been a big outdoors person, so  the pets will mostly be walked outside every so often at a park. As far as realistic goes, it should be if I get the jobs I desire.
