For this post, I will be summing up my top 3 design blogs that I have found as of late. I believe interior designers would need a blog in order to showcase their work in an easy way that everyone can access. The first blog I picked was sfgirlbybay, simply because I immediately latched onto her bohemian and earthy style. The picture above is an example from her blog, and I really do think it's beautiful. Second came Apartment Therapy, because not only was there design, but also many helpful tips as to living in a smaller space. Last was decor8, which not only was a great pun, but also a wonderful blog consisting of many many pictures. Personally I love plants, so the huge post they had about living and decorating with plants was beautiful and the pictures really helped to visualize the possibilities. Out of these three however, my personal favorite has to be sfgirlbybay because of her style that is so close to mine. Her blog even looks very nice and easy to navigate, which I appreciate if you put time into it. I think some trends I spotted was really just the variety; no one really does interior design exclusively, they also have recipes, advice, and many other things. Really in my opinion, these blogs are important and I will most certainly be visiting them again to get more and more advice and inspiration.
