☼ ideal living at age 42

Once I turn around the age of 42, I plan to get  slightly bigger house, maybe with more places to have more workrooms. I could use 4 bedrooms, one for actually sleeping, one for a pet room, another for a computer/filming office, and the other for a reading room. I still would only need 2 bathrooms, and a fairly large living room. Kitchen area only needs to be minimal, I don't need a huge kitchen. Same as my last house, this will still be located in California, with little to no yard, but hopefully by parks and especially all my favorite stores or a mall.
