☼ ideal living at age 72

Everyone ages, and once I get to that point in my life where I might retire, I want to live somewhere small but comfortable. I will hopefully have a small 1 level, 2 bedroom, 1 bath apartment where I can keep my pets. (I'm really big on pets if you can't tell.) I'll mostly stay indoors, so a nice living room with a big TV would be ideal, as well as a small kitchen just because I doubt I'll be cooking a lot. By then I'll still be in California, or possibly moved back to Texas just for a quieter life.
